1. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Please note: “Processing” includes receiving the order, verifying details, packaging, and handing the shipment to the carrier. Processing time is separate from “shipping time,” which begins once the carrier has the package.
- Tracking: A tracking number is provided once the order is dispatched.
- Shipping origin: Orders ship from Canada.
- Shipping destinations: Shipping is available within Canada and the United States.
- Shipping charges: All shipping costs are paid by the customer and are calculated at checkout. Expedited options may be available at checkout where applicable.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If a delivery delay occurs, an update will be provided as soon as possible with a revised estimated delivery timeline.
I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT. CAN IT BE CHANGED?
If the order is still in processing, address changes may be possible. Contact info@hankerboots.store as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, changes cannot be made.
MY ORDER SHOULD BE HERE BY NOW, BUT IT HASN’T ARRIVED.

- Confirm the delivery address in the shipping confirmation email.
- Check with the local post office/courier for delivery updates.
- Check with neighbors in case the package was left nearby.
If the address is correct and the package cannot be located, contact info@hankerboots.store with the order number.
If an incorrect delivery address was entered at checkout, a replacement may be possible; shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

WILL I BE CHARGED DUTIES OR TAXES?
U.S. deliveries may be subject to duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and/or other import charges assessed by customs or the carrier. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product prices or shipping fees charged at checkout.
If a shipment is refused and returned, any return shipping costs and any charges incurred (including duties/taxes, where applicable) remain the customer’s responsibility.

- The right to exercise discretion is reserved, including the right not to process or ship an order.
- Shipping to multiple locations within a single order is not available.
