This Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to purchases made through https://hankerboots.com, https://hankerboots.ca, and https://hankerboots.store. For questions or assistance, contact info@hankerboots.store.
REFUNDS
Refunds are not offered.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
Requests must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Items must be new, unworn, and returned with original packaging, tags, labels, and all accessories.
EXCHANGES
- One exchange per order is offered, subject to availability.
- Exchanges apply to boots only. Accessories (including compact wallets) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEMS
All orders undergo quality checks before shipping. If an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@hankerboots.store with the order number and clear photos. Next steps will be shared after review.
Note: Please pack the product in the same condition as received.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- Requests initiated more than 14 days after delivery.
- Accessories (including compact wallets).
- Items that show wear, have been used, tampered with, or are not in original condition.
- Items missing original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, or returned with damaged packaging.
- Products with defaced or altered serial numbers (if applicable).
- Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout.
- Free or complimentary items.
RETURN SHIPPING & FEES
- Size/fit exchanges: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Confirmed defect/damage/wrong item: return shipping will be covered.
- U.S. orders: any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import/customs charges are the customer’s responsibility, including any charges related to returns shipped back to Canada.
- Return confirmation required: do not mail any return without receiving confirmation/instructions. Unapproved returns may be rejected.

INSPECTION & FINAL DECISION
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Approval or rejection is at the Company’s discretion based on eligibility and condition. If a return is rejected, no exchange will be issued. The item may be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
REPEATED REQUESTS
- Charges may be imposed to reimburse delivery expenses if repeated return/exchange activity is observed.
- Orders may be deemed ineligible for return or exchange if repeated requests are observed.
- Liability and risk remain with the customer to establish eligibility. If an item fails inspection, it may be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders are processed quickly and cancellations may not be possible once an order is placed. If an order is cancelled by the Company due to inventory issues, non-compliance with Terms of Service, or suspected fraud, any collected payment will be refunded.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Hanker Boots Inc reserves the right to modify this policy at any time by posting an updated version on the website and updating the “Last updated” date.
